The Process

From photo to empty garage in about 24 hours

Most junk removal companies keep the price a mystery until a crew is standing in your driveway. We do it backwards — the number comes first.

  1. Step 1

    Tell Us What You've Got

Call, text or use the estimate form. Photos let us size the load and give you a real number instead of a guess.

  2. Step 2

    Get An Upfront Volume Price

We price by the cubic yard — $50 per cubic yard covers labor, transport, dump fees, gas and mileage. No hidden fees.

  3. Step 3

We Show Up & Do The Lifting

Same-day and next-day slots. Our crew carries everything out, sweeps the space and protects your floors and doorframes.

  4. Step 4

    Recycled, Rehomed, Then Disposed

Our Think Green program recycles what can be recycled and rehomes what can be rehomed. Only the true trash reaches the landfill.

Job day timeline

What happens when the truck pulls up

  1. 1

    Call ahead

We text or call about 30 minutes before arrival so you're not waiting around all morning.

  2. 2

    Walkthrough

Show us the pile. We measure it against the trailer, confirm the cubic-yard number and give you the final price — before anything gets loaded.

  3. 3

    You approve

No pressure. If the price doesn't work, we shake hands and leave. There's no trip charge.

  4. 4

    We load

Crew carries everything out with floor and doorframe protection. You point, we lift.

  5. 5

    Sweep & settle

We broom-sweep the cleared space, take payment on the spot and you get a receipt.

How we measure your load

We estimate the portion of the 14 ft dump bed your debris occupies. These broad bands help explain the math without promising that a specific list of items will fit.

1/4 load

4.5 cu yd

$225

Smaller pickup

1/2 load

9 cu yd

$450

Medium-sized pickup

3/4 load

13.5 cu yd

$675

Larger cleanup

Full load

18 cu yd

$900

Large cleanout

Actual capacity varies with the material, density, shape and safe loading requirements. Flat rate of $50 per cubic yard. No hidden fees.

Why estimates work better with photos

Three photos beat a ten-minute phone call

Wide shot

Stand back and capture the whole pile or room so we can judge the total volume.

Close-up

Anything heavy, bulky or awkward — appliances, hot tubs, safes, exercise gear.

The path out

Stairs, gates, narrow halls and driveway access tell us how many crew to send.
