Our promise, in plain words
We do not resell items we remove. We do not profit off anything that leaves your property. Once it's on the trailer, it goes to a charity that can use it, a recycler that can process it, or a permitted facility that can dispose of it. That's the whole list.
Where your stuff goes
Three streams, sorted on site
Rehome
Furniture, housewares, tools, clothing and décor in usable shape go to local charity partners so a neighbor can use them.
Recycle
Metal, appliances, cardboard, e-waste and clean wood are separated and delivered to recycling facilities instead of the landfill.
Dispose Responsibly
Only what's truly finished goes to a permitted transfer station or landfill — properly, legally, with a receipt.
Donation pickups, even without a cleanout
If everything you're clearing still has life in it, we'll run it straight to a local charity. Charities frequently decline pickups over stairs, weight or scheduling — we don't.
